Hypnosis is a scientifically verified and effective technique that can help make powerful and positive changes in our health in gaining control over negative behaviors affecting our emotions and physical well-being.

Hypnosis relaxes the conscious mind and allows communication directly with the subconscious mind which controls our behaviors and habits.

Conscious Mind

We use our conscious mind to think, use logic and “will power” on a daily basis. When we try to change a bad habit, it is the conscious mind we are accessing.

Subconscious Mind

Our subconscious mind contains our habits, emotions, long term memories and imagination. It actually embodies the bulk of our mind power.

Because the conscious mind is logical and analytical and the subconscious is imaginative, suggestible and not logical in its process, we often maintain unproductive habits like smoking, overeating or procrastination even when we know logically that it “doesn’t make sense” to continue them.

Using repetition, sensory imagery and symbolism, hypnosis creates an environment where the subconscious mind is more open to the acceptance of suggestion. As a result, hypnosis can often help us overcome habits that cause us to indulge in unhealthy behaviors and replace these with habits that contribute to our health.

Hypnosis can be used independently or along with other treatments.
