Day 1 of Cleanse

Day 1. Started the morning by weighing myself, looking at the number then had a good cry…snapped out of it and pulled myself together and drank a cup of warm water with lemon. While chanting the mantra, “I do love myself, I do love myself”, I made a shake this morning with the Medibulk Plus, almond milk, stevia, broccoli, celery, spinach, 1/3 cup of blueberries and strawberries, chia seeds, dash of vanilla and cinnamon. MMMH! My liver is already jumping for joy! Oh YAY. I am going to bundle up and go for a brisk walk this morning and remind myself of all the things in life I have to be grateful…and NO coffee will not be on the list!
